Suitable for my acrylic paints

Mix into my acrylic paints to keep them wet longer and spread evenly. For this purpose it works! If the application you are looking for is different, all I can give you is this!

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons

I will never be without again!

I use the Bob Ross technique to paint my paintings. The problem is that I use acrylic instead of oil. It was very difficult to mix my skies because the paint dries very quickly. I bought satin glazing and couldn't be happier. In fact, today I go out for canvases. Would give 10 STARS if I could!

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Makes me angry

That's great! It's perfect for my art journal

This is amazing stuff! This is perfect for my art journal. I can draw, write, draw. however . with many different environments above it. Or use it between layers. I also use it as a prep for sealing surfaces. It is very versatile: it dries quickly, is perfectly transparent and has a very smooth finish. I love it.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Expensive

Glazing liquid for the first time

Please note that I have no comparative experience but am very satisfied with the first use. I was a little embarrassed by the high viscosity of the liquid. I didn't have more confidence when I started mixing it with the colors I had chosen for the glaze. However, it was good and I was able to apply nice subtle color glazes to the acrylic portraits using Golden Open and Winsor acrylics. It feels like the bottle should last forever (8 ounces was more than I expected) but I love the product so…

Please do not buy for coloring!

There are people online who recommend this product for use on the thin pages of an adult coloring book so you can use it for watercolor painting. I bought it hoping it would work. You can apply a very light color after applying a thin coat and letting it dry, but the paper doesn't flex well (I tested this on thin pages, not thicker postcard pages or Artist Edition pages, which are made of thicker card stock ). . even if it is glued to the plate. I thought it would be better to transfer the…

Pros
  • Useful for creating frosting and increasing the flow
Cons
  • Something else

I've searched for so many years --- I have a severe neuroimmune disorder (ME/CFS) which makes me chemical sensitive to the extreme multiple times. I love acrylics (especially gold, they are THE BEST) but I've always wanted to paint like oils. I've even tried water-soluble oil paints. and I fainted from the smells. It's a shame, because I've been saving up for a whole oil collection for a long time. So I tried every acrylic medium I could find to give the oils a buttery smoothness. The closest…

Pros
  • To prolong the life of acrylic paints
Cons
  • A price that will bust the piggy bank
