Enhancing Home Audio Experience!

I purchased these speaker ports for my home audio system and I must say, they were worth the investment! Electronics can be tricky and unpredictable, but these ports are a guaranteed improvement. As my tests showed, they opened up the soundstage and allowed for clearer, more defined bass. The one downside is that they may require a bit of effort to install properly, but once installed, they enhance the audio experience tremendously. Overall, highly recommend.

Pros
  • Improves sound quality by reducing air pressure and distortion inside the speaker enclosure.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Don't use 3 inch hole saw

Not happy. It's not 3 inches. you are bigger So a 3 inch hole saw leaves you with a bunch of loops/sands/sands to make it fit. And don't press too hard on the flange or it will break. I broke both

Pros
  • Audio cable
Cons
  • Annoys

Good connectors suitable for audio cable

For those wondering what size hole to cut, the material thickness at the ribbed areas is about 1.5mm which is 1/16 inch for my imperial brothers. So if you don't have an 80mm hole saw, you may need to do some sanding/rasping after the 3" hole. I used a router. I would assume this applies to all Goldwood ports, but I can't say for sure. DO NOT FORCE. They are plastic and will break. If you make them a little bigger there is RTV wood glue/chalk/silicone for that, happy tuning.

Pros
  • speaker cable
Cons
  • frequency
