Very bad with these lamps. They are bright, attractive and affordable. However, they are not dimmable. They are literally "dark" but tend to flicker or emit pulsing light when under full brightness. In addition, the minimum dimming is not much lower than the full brightness. I'm using them with an electronic fan dimmer, not a wall voltage dimmer, so it's possible that the fan and lamp dimming circuits don't get along. . I use them in the hallway and on the landing and the light from the 4000K lamps enlarges the space. It changes mood for the better compared to the hot, warm, dim traditional lightbulbs. My 3 star rating for warmth is due to the fact that this is not a warm light but is a notch below harsh bluish 5000K daylight bulbs.
