Fresh and fragrant

I love this brand! Excellent quality with amazing taste. Make sure to mix well (stir from below to distribute flavor!). I ate just under 14,000 feet at Ingraham Flats Camp while climbing Mount Rainier. Just be aware that it may not cook as efficiently (like any other dehydrated food) at high altitudes. I highly recommend this fragrance/brand!

Very tasty dish with lots of mushrooms that have a very meaty texture. Not too salty and not too salty. Like other Good To-Go meals I've tried, it has no flavor and is unlike any other camping food I've tried. The instructions say: add boiling water, stir and close for 20 minutes. I did that, but the risotto is still undercooked. When I opened the package all the water was at the top of the mix. So I recommend opening the bag again after 10 minutes and making a second mix. Recommended amount of water too much water

It tastes good. I like real mushroom pieces. And frankly, if you travel miles, anything warm and material is good in my books. I add the recommended amount of water according to the package directions. Don't make the same mistake I did. *Recommended amount of water is too much water* It came out thick, not thick like a proper risotto :( And the flavor was less strong due to the high water content. Pretty disappointed. I would buy it again and just experiment with less water.
