R1100R External Fuel Filter

Used to bypass the fuel filter in the tank on my 98 r1100r and used outside instead for easier future replacement. Fits perfectly. I had to heat the ends but they are very tight on the body.

Pros
  • Approximately 2.5 cm longer than ATL CFD-402.
Cons
  • So-so

Quality hose that can be heated to fit fittings if required.

Replaced the fuel pump in the tank of a 2002 Mustang GT with this hose. Original hose was 3/8 line. Bought the next size down (5/16) to ensure a very snug fit on the end fittings. He heated the ends, slipped them onto the fittings, and once the tubing cooled, it was attached to the fittings and didn't even have to use metal clamps. Very good product. Looked like a factory rebuild.

Pros
  • Nylon PA12 corrugated fuel hose, 5/16" ID, 10" long. 8mm x 250mm ID
Cons
  • Volume

Ideal for GM 94-96 B-body Delphi transmitters

Ideal for replacing the hose in Delphi 94-96 GM B case transmitters (Caprice, Roadmaster, Impala) that come with a Sunsong hose that is not reinforced for LT1 pressure. Flatten the ends a bit with smooth needle nose pliers, spray on some WD40, then wiggle around. Hopefully Delphi fixes this issue soon (2019-2020 onwards) but if you are unlucky enough to have to fit a new gear unit and after 300 miles the fuel pressure drops then that will fix the issue.

Pros
  • Includes two stainless steel nut and bolt clamps for fuel injection.
Cons

Needs some modifications to fit Walbro 450 but will work

I bought this hose because he used to have a soft line in my fuel tank from my Walbro 450 fuel pump. I blew the line and wanted a more reliable solution: the 450 pump's outlet is 3/8" but my tank's outlet is a 5/16" - Connection. The hose didn't fit as is, but using a heat gun and a flat head screwdriver I was able to expand one end to fit very snugly on the pump. I also had to use a different clamp on the end of the pump but I've been using this fuel line for a few months now and it's held up…

Pros
  • Fits the outlet fitting on popular heavy duty electric pumps such as the Walbro 255 and Aeromotive 340. Slightly tighter fits the Walbro 400 and Walbro 450.
Cons
  • Has imperfections
