The cut is very pretty and fits as expected from the packaging but after the first wash it was at least 2 sizes smaller than my husband and had to be given to our son who wears medium sized clothes. . This was bought in size XL and washed in cold water, tumble dried on medium heat and my husband will never fit it again. The color is pleasant, although not faded. So if you decide to order one, keep in mind that it may shrink after washing.

I'm a fan of Henley shirts for their comfort and style. I chose the Revain Basics brand to ensure the quality was right for the price. I have to say I'm impressed. The fit of the shirt is perfect and it comes in a variety of colors. The seams are reliably finished, the colors do not fade when washed (in cold water). The fabric is lightweight, if a bit thin (like a t-shirt), but I prefer lighter weight fabrics as I live in South Florida, which has two seasons: hot and unbearable with over 90%…

I love these shirts. I'm 5ft 10", 215lbs (including gut) and the large size fits the package well. It's a little tight at first, but loosens up after a few wears. I tried the XL size and like most Goodthread garments this meant it was about 2 inches longer and didn't really get any looser. It is worth noting that the sleeve openings are ribbed. So if you're looking for a looser sleeve, look elsewhere.

Talk about disappointment. I was very excited when I received this shirt, but the excitement didn't last long. I always wash all my new shirts before use just to make sure they are really clean. Well I washed and dried and this shirt went from black to gray and big to small. Revane, you really made a mistake!

I ordered this shirt 2 sizes up based on recommendations from other reviewers who said it was too tight. Now I have a shirt that is too big. I don't know what these people did to reduce it. I even ignored the care instructions, washed and dried hot and managed to reduce it a bit but still too much. Don't get burned by these dramatic exaggerations!

I was actually asked my opinion on these shirts, both long sleeve and short sleeve. They were good when delivered, but soon lost all shape and appearance. Now I use them for gardening and when they're really out of shape I turn them into rags to oil our heavy equipment. If I were wearing them to lubricate gear I think I could just take my shirt off and use it as a rag.
