My favorite old red flannel is so worn out after decades of wearing that I wasn't surprised when it almost tore in half at the door. I thought I would never find one so cute and beautiful again, but I took a chance based on the photo and other buyers' praise. So glad I did! Exactly the same brilliant dark red color, perfectly fitted, slim fitting cut, same sheer corduroy and maybe a little heavier and denser. Rest in peace, dear old red flannel. Welcome wonderful new red flannel!

I haven't washed this shirt yet, but it still fits. Most likely I will wash and dry or dry clean to avoid shrinkage. I have a lean, muscular build and this shirt really shows my work off. I wear my shirts loosely loose and most likely it will be the length. This is not a flaw in the design of this shirt as this is a standard length shirt intended to be worn tucked in.

I wear XL shirts, but they are often too big in the waist. I ordered this item because it fits an XL size. Fits more like a large - tight in the shoulders and arms. The sleeve length is too short. A taper around the body and waist would have been nice, although not too tight elsewhere.
