Satisfied so far. - Hair care

My daughter bought one a while ago. I like anything copper colored so this piqued my interest. I have long used brushes made from a mix of boar hair and nylon bristles (the rods in this brush resemble metal ones). The idea behind boar hair is to draw oils from the roots to the tips. It actually works quite well, but the nylon bristles always break at the tips, leaving you scratching your scalp. Also, they are not very good at catching knots. I decided to give it a try. So far I haven't seen any

Now I have another goody backup

I bought this brush because I lost the Goody Clean Radiance oval brush. It's out now, but I have no regrets that I now have two of these Clean Radiance brushes. I also have another seemingly indestructible Goody brush that was more useful when I had short hair. This was my fallback while waiting for the latest goody brush. (Wait, I also kept a goody brush at work - and now I have one at home, too, since I retired. There are signs of use, but it's still serviceable. That's four!) Call me a brush

I first bought one for my son who has eczema as copper bristles are said to be less prone to spreading bacteria than other types of bristles. I can't say if it's scientifically proven, but I can say that he responded very well to this brush and really liked it. Soon his older brother decided he liked it too and now they both prefer this brush and even though they are both in their twenties Santa still brings

My hair's best friend

I am 70 years old and have been using these Goody combs exclusively for over 30 years. My hair went through many iterations from a very thick brown to a medium white/grey. These brushes have accompanied me every step of the way. Instead of the coarse and flexible hair I used to have, it is now brittle and of medium thickness. But it was always naturally dry and frizzy, and I always smoothed it out with a round brush and a blow dryer. All of these things contribute to the ease of grinding and…
