WOW! Finally a ponytail holder that really holds my hair! I have shoulder length, very thick and curly hair that has caught the eye of every barber I've ever been to. I have a lot of hair and am constantly tearing or overstretching other "thick" strands. Not these! They are very thick, huge and soft but strong. I have thick heavy long hair. When I exercise, I like a high ponytail. In the past I've used 2-3 regular black hair ties when exercising. I can only wrap my hair twice with each band. I have thick, wavy, long hair so I need a strong elastic. It helps. However, it can be a bit bigger so that I can wrap it three times. My hair is thin and easily wraps around twice, but at the end of the day my ponytail still hangs a bit. If I could wrap it really tight three times that would be perfect.

These scrunchies from Bold Hold are awesome! They keep my hair in place all day with no frizz or frizz. The only issue I had was that the packaging said 8 pieces but only included 6 scrunchies. Revain refunded my money so I didn't lose anything.

I have bra length dreadlocks and very thick hair. I can't lift my hair with regular elastics unless I loosely tie it in a bun, and even then the elastic pulls out completely or breaks.
