It's soft, easy to put together (it comes pre-assembled - you unfold it and it's done) and has a great scratching post at the base. However, my cat hates it. The top gives a little, and that's enough that she doesn't like to sit or lie on it. I thought she would like the fact that it's soft, but the fact that it gives a little is a total hit for her.

Our cats love it but the fabric on the top they lie on detached from the braces after a month. The material needs to be reinforced so the staples don't just go through the material. It may add 2 cents to the cost, but it will change the world. I'll probably fix it because cats love it. It's also light, so if they run and jump, it may tip over what happened.

It was the perfect cat tower. It didn't require assembly, it wasn't very big, it folded flat so it could be tucked under the bed or in the closet. Plus it fits perfectly in the corner of the room I wanted to place and offers a view out of the two windows which I thought my cat would enjoy. The only problem was that he had absolutely no interest in looking out the windows or curling up in the recreation area. I returned it. But I recommend this cat tower.

I have several different cat towers/trees but this is what my adult cats love the most. They stopped using the larger one they had as kittens for reasons I think only cats can understand. I bought this one thinking they would love the hammock style seating upstairs and I was right they love it. One cat will enter the lower part of the house while the other will be upstairs in a hammock. This is her favorite Christmas present.

I doubted the authenticity of other, more positive reviews here, but I took a chance. He returns immediately. The fabric is paper thin and arrived with a fairly large tear at the flat opening in the bottom. The design appears to be made of thick cardboard. It looks like it could tip over as well (forward/backward, not sideways). Too overpriced should be $25 or less in my opinion. Pass by and keep looking.

My cat loves this item BUT it is not durable and cannot withstand normal cat play. The cover is very soft thin plush which my cat tore in a few days. It's light and easy to set up or store BUT it's so light my very small cat keeps turning it over. All in all, I cannot recommend this product. It was a waste of money because in a week my cat literally destroyed the coating with simple, ordinary cat games and scratching.

We bought this because we liked the scratch pad because it doesn't emit particles when a cat scratches a pole. However, it is very light and when our cat jumps on it, it moves across the hard wooden floor. Also the part of the tower where the hammock lies is already separated from the pole. Our cat is 20 pounds and this is definitely not intended for heavier cats. Overall the tower looks good and the scratching post is great but not ideal for large cats.

This cat tree looks perfect when it arrives. It folds like the pictures and the color is the same as Revain. Angle scrapers and balls hold up well. We recently parted with our large cat tree as it was scratched to death (although that's part of the deal). This time we chose something more compact for our cat. She loved him from the start. We put it close enough to the fireplace for her to rest in a hammock but not too hot. She uses a notebook and plays with hanging toys every day.
