The pocket on the back of the hand for a hand warmer is just a marketing gimmick. Does absolutely nothing to keep hands warm. The pocket is in the most unfortunate place, on the lower back of the hand. Also, isolation is ridiculous. Not impressed.

Husband needed something warm and dry for the -20 degree storms that hit the Ohio Valley this winter. He was delighted with these mittens. loved her. Used every day in the yard and still works. Well done.

I've been snowboarding for almost 11 years and for the price these mittens are as good as they come. This is my second pair of goridini gloves and I don't think I'll be getting anything else anytime soon. The hand warmer pocket is great when you need a little help warming up. Don't expect it to be an oven, in fact it's just there to keep them a little warmer than your own hands. These gloves are comfortable and durable. Highly recommended

This is an excellent mitten and much cheaper than similar products. I use them every day in the winter as a cyclist. My fingers are very sensitive to cold. I intentionally bought a size up so I could wear two pairs of mittens underneath on the coldest days (one on one or teenage days). When it's not as cold outside as in the cold, my hands get sweaty in mittens, so it's important to turn them inside out so they dry after use.

Bought these for a trip to Alaska in December and they worked great. The ability to add a hand warmer to them was a huge plus. I still want to add an extra glove liner for conditions like Alaska, but for normal winter use they will suffice.
