i really like the gun itself but it doesn't stay upright even though it says it has a built in stand. It takes too long to make it stable so I just put it on its side. Not a deal breaker for me, just wanted to mention it in case anyone cares.

High quality and durable. Although it is very uncomfortable and uncomfortable. I'm an adult and there isn't an easy way to put your fingers in or change the grip to make it comfortable. This is a common design, but study the shape of this item carefully before deciding between others.

Today I used it for the first time and was very upset. The glue kind of recedes after a while and oozes out from the center. While trying to figure this part out, I stuck a glue stick in the gun and it came out of the nozzle (without pulling the trigger), causing the glue to flow out and fall onto my hand. Now I have a burn on my hand. I have a lot of experience with other glue guns and this has never happened to me. I love Gorilla products but this gun didn't live up to my expectations.

While this hot glue gun looks good to me, it doesn't do the job at all. On first use I was able to compress twice what I needed. When I entered the third time, the glue didn't come out. It stuck! The glue got into the hole where the glue stick is inserted and melted in the head of the gun. I turned off the gun, let it cool, then peeled off the dried glue and tried again. The same thing happened. So I return. This item is defective and does not do what it is supposed to do without problems.
