Great platform designed just FOR non-IT users

The ability to quickly create reports without having an IT department or dedicated resources is great! I like that it's easy for anyone in our organization with minimal training can access this software as well - no need have someone else do all your data entry work (which takes time). This program isn't perfect yet but they are constantly updating/improving their products so you never know what new features will be added soon!! There were some minor bugs when we first started using GRASPDATA…

Great product + great service: Grasp DATA

Easy to use - very intuitive UI with many different options for formatting reports as well in advanced customization capabilities that can be used when needed or not at all (such an option is usually called "naked" mode). Excellent support from both sales person who helped implement our deployment/automation effort AND technical team which continued supporting us over several years after implementation! The only issue we have had was some minor changes made by customer's internal IT department…
