I like it! Very high quality and beautiful. Make sure your photo is suitable for landscape mode (yes, but I screwed up anyway and ended up putting two vertical photos inside - one when she was a puppy and the last one when she was 12). So disappointed. I ordered it as a Christmas present and it arrived on time. However, it was damaged. What was used to darken the letters in the inscription seeped into the pocket and smeared the entire bottom of the frame. Now is not the time for an exchange, ordering a new frame will cost more than I originally paid and I will not overpay to have a new frame delivered in time for the holidays.

A little disappointed with this purchase. When I originally bought it it was for a friend who lost his furry baby. It comes in a plain brown box with a logo sticker. The bezel itself is nice, but I don't like that I had to use an X-Acto knife to cut a hole in the back as it was completely closed and wouldn't open. I bought this frame and it arrived in a box that appears to have had a rough journey. I opened the box and sure enough, the frame was broken. I buy 2 of them, one of them was broken, the glass was broken, and they sent another, and they ran to me, the 2nd 1 was broken by glass, and again they sent another 1, I would have knocked, that 1st corner of the glass was broken but the picture frame covers it so I didn't make a problem out of it and it is an absolutely beautiful frame and my 2nd frame I removed from my 18 year old cat.
