So unsatisfied with the quality

Everything was fine the first time using this product. It's absolutely awful this time. Open the container to find completely separate ingredients. It's like sand and difficult to smooth out to rub into your beard. So disappointed after the first container was perfect. Cannot be returned after this QC issue. Not satisfied with sand oil. I hope you all can solve the problem.

One of the best oils I've used.

This oil smells amazing, like oil and balm, but the aroma is much stronger. This is my favorite pre-shave scent. It has a very mild, soothing scent. Highly recommend night oil. I find that this scent actually helps me sleep well, I don't know why.

Very good product - also how to correct graininess (may happen upon delivery)

I bought a full set of oil, beard oil and balm in the kit. Well sent and similar to what I remember from the hairdresser. As others have noted, the oil came to the product with a slight graininess. This is due to the fact that different components have different melting and crystallization points, as well as the heat generated during transport (can be at any point during transport or storage, or even in your mailbox). This is a premium product!

Tried it for the first time and was pleased. I collect fragrances and it smells like CH Men's Prive. A very sweet and heady, very masculine scent for a beard in the winter months. The left beard is very smooth, only the part is about the size of a coin. I will definitely look into other products from this brand.

good beard oil with a great smell

good beard oil with a great smell. makes the beard soft and (without wax) looser than other products. This is where preference comes into play. However, the effects don't last long on my curly beard and I need at least two applications a day (also because of the mask I wear in the office) to keep my beard dry. The smell, on the other hand, is excellent and lasts all day with just one application, it is present but not intrusive. Would buy it again! (And I buy the oil and balm too) Great…

I don't think it should be lumpy

I like this brand the most but I think I had a batch that didn't. Smells nice and does the job, but you really have to rub it in your hands for a while to break up any clumps.
