It doesn't smell like tequila lemon. Smells like Juicy Fruit chewing gum. I also smell like frozen margarita. It's more of a tropical scent than anything else. It is similar to Real Bearded Tropical for men. I love it! This is one of my favorite relaxing holiday scents.

I've tried many beard balms and oils. I found 2 brands that I liked, the Highlander brand and the Honest Amish brand. The Amish smell really bad to me and they don't offer fragrances. I do love Mountaineer, but only one of their scents. I've seen many different "flavors" of GBS and decided to try a few. I ordered a cigar and tequila with lemon. With most beard balms, the smell goes away after a few hours, this one keeps my beard smelling good the next morning. I'm also amazed at how well it has

After reading some very mixed reviews about this scented beard balm, I took a chance and ordered it anyway. All I can say is that it smelled wonderful and not at all like the Sweet Candies that some reviewers complained about. A really subtle mix of tequila and lemon, but never smelled like candy to me! I loved how it groomed my beard so will definitely keep it on my repeat purchase list. Good product guys!

I love GBS products and this one does what it's supposed to do but I just can't get over the smell. It's definitely as advertised but has an almost sour odor that makes it smell a bit medicinal. My least favorite flavor they make certainly needs more citrus to balance the sour smell. Lesson learned, margarita-flavored beard products just aren't for me.

The name says it all. This is not a bad product. If I had nothing else, it would help add several hours to the softness of the morning shower. If applied without the presence of H2O in your beard, it will do nothing.
