GRAVITY Band Graphic Equalizer GR EQ9 Review

I have a stock Honda Pilot Touring head unit to boost the amps with EQ as a middleman. Sounds amazing, but after volume #23 on the main unit, the equalizer turns off (the indicators are still lit), there is no sound. Does anyone else have this problem? I want to switch to Clarion

I only use it for listening and recording nature sounds, not for music. Works very well for reducing ambient noise in the city. The mini size is very convenient. The blue backlight behind the panel is too bright but useless. I would have preferred if the light could be turned off.

There are several very similar brands (this particular device is wired). Bought to replace another brand that went out of business after a few years. I cut the wiring (actually a resistor) inside to turn off the lights. On the previous device I hooked up larger resistors and also added a wire from the circuit to my car's dimmable headlights as if the blue LEDs were bright.
