Cotton. The queen-sized pillow is fully customizable to your desired firmness, thanks to a generous amount of removable filling. Pillow filling is a 50-50 mix of shredded memory foam and cotton, helping to maximize coolness and comfort during use. Our premium Bamboo-based pillow cover keeps both sides of the pillow cool, helping you feel fresh for an invigorating night's sleep. The outer pillow cover and pillow are machine washable. For ongoing care, remove the cover from the pillow and machine wash both items in cold water with similar colors without the use of bleach. Tumble dry on low. If you're concerned about memory foam in your washer or dryer, please remove all shredded memory foam from the pillow prior to washing.

Amazing Comfort and Support!

As hesitant buyer, I've been searching for a comfortable pillow that provides firm support. This pillow delivers! The shredded memory cotton molds to my head and neck, while the hybrid design provides the perfect mix of softness and support. As my tests showed, I woke up feeling rested with no neck pain. The only downside is that it's a bit bulkier than other pillows, but it's worth it for the comfort it provides.

Good pillow: bed pillow and positioner

Really great pillow but returned after trying this and another brand. I just didn't like it, but it's very comfortable and would be my second choice for choosing a good memory foam pillow.
