This filter is perfect for my 10 year old Hoover wind tunnel. Easy to install and immediately noticed a significant improvement in the suction power of the vacuum cleaner. Would definitely buy again to keep my vacuum cleaner running in top condition!

This is a non-Hoover product. It says it will fit Hoover WindTunnel machines, but it doesn't. Constantly falling out and seeping dust everywhere, which is certainly not what you expect from a HEPA filter.

This filter looks almost exactly like the original filter that came with the vacuum cleaner. It plugs into the filter slot and goes all the way in, but after a minute or so it works on its own. I can't figure out what's stopping it from staying in. I ended up tapeing the front with tape to keep it inside and sealed. Now it works fine.

I haven't had any problems with these briefs that some people have mentioned. It fits securely and has greatly improved the performance of my vacuum since I got it second hand and didn't know this filter existed! The vacuum ended up whistling every time I used it and replacing this filter solved that problem.

Very glad this part was available. Our vacuum cleaner no longer smells like corn chips and dirty feet. I was sure it wouldn't work and we would have to buy a new vacuum cleaner. When we were 3 years old trying to clean our old filter, it accidentally fell in the water and these things don't dry well. Even if it didn't, it was time to replace it because it stank.

After learning that these filters had not been ordered from Hoover for several months, I decided to order this filter. I didn't mean to because the last time I tried the copy filter it didn't fit on my vacuum cleaner (it popped out when I turned on the vacuum). This is identical to the Hoover filter! I'll top her up before Hoover hires her.

I bought the same replacement filter back in 2019 through this company. It fit and worked perfectly. It was time to replace it so I bought what I thought was a reliable product. This time the filter does not fit and pops out a few minutes after turning on the vacuum cleaner. I "solved" the problem by sticking it on with tape. Comparing the old version to the new, the new has thinner walls and less plastic. The clips holding the filter are smaller and don't work.

It all started when my Hoover suddenly turned off for the first time after about 5 minutes of normal carpet cleaning. A little googling revealed that the Hoover thermal protector worked due to 3 common problems: a clogged hose, a dirty washable filter, or a HEPA filter. I checked the first two. You were fine.
