My printer accepts them and they last a long time. Since posting this I have had 2 failures, 1 untimely death and 1 death on arrival.

Third time ordering green box cartridges, they will last longer than original HP cartridges. I hope they start making cartridges for our other printer that uses HP 962 ink.

I am very satisfied with this product and its performance! I also had no lubrication and problems installing the cartridge. My copier/printer/fax is about four years old, so no problem with weird error messages; worked great.

I have had great luck with replacement Greenbox ink for my HP Envy 4500 printer. I received a defective black ink cartridge that was out of warranty because the cartridge was in my warehouse , until my current black cartridge is not completely empty. Greenbox was good at replacing broken ones and I was satisfied. I proved that a 30 day ink cartridge warranty is not a good policy because it discourages people from buying a good supply before they need it.

In my experience, remanufactured ink cartridges seem to be a good deal, even from the same manufacturer/brand. I bought a black green box HP 61XL cartridge and it arrived quickly. I installed it in my HP printer and it worked flawlessly from the start. The print quality is as good as any previous cartridge I have had. I give it four stars because it does its job and "I love it". It didn't exceed my expectations and it's not the kind of thing I've ever said I like.

After finding out the cartridge itself came in a hard plastic square clamshell. I had to ask a friend to figure out how to open it. That's wonderful. I've had it since August and have been typing a lot. I compare very well to the HP cartridges I bought for $40, this one is less than $20 and has a lot more ink. The only thing is that my HP printer shows an error message because I'm not using an HP cartridge. It doesn't bother me at all. This is the best cartridge for the money.
