I haven't bought any "Universal" ink before but based on the description and reviews I decided to try it. I installed them the last week of March, used the printer maybe 10 times and got this message today: Blinking! [Black] cartridge problem See the printer documentation for troubleshooting information. This is an HP J4580 All-in-One Printer. I think I'll stick with authentic products from now on.

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to the HP 901 ink but the ink has only worked once. In other cases, the ink smeared all over the paper, smearing whatever was printed on the page. At one point I thought the problem was in my printer, but as soon as I bought HP 901 cartridges the problem was resolved.

It took my printer a while to align the cartridges correctly. Printed once. Then he doesn't recognize black, no matter what I do. I took the cartridge out and put it back in several times but it still didn't work. The last time I took it out to try again, the black ink was bleeding all over! I threw it away! Can't comment on durability as I've only used the printer a few times since installing it. However, these few times have historically proven to be exactly the same as new cartridges. Full colour, rich blacks and crisp prints.

we installed it in my hp officejet 4500 printer and immediately got an error. I have installed replacement cartridges in this printer many times and have never had a problem. We tried every solution we could think of, but it either didn't print at all, or it couldn't align properly because one of the cartridges was defective. waste of money.

JUNE 28, 2021 The remanufactured GREENBOX COLOR ink cartridge was empty after 3 weeks. I bought the black and color cartridges on April 11, 2021 and only installed the color cartridge on June 5th. I have not yet installed the black cartridge as it is not required. I am disappointed as I have been relying on and buying from GREENBOX for two years.

Cartridge problem, my printer is not working. Tried reinstalling, reloading, etc. Original cartridges always go and work properly, it's junk that's what I get trying to save money. Lesson learned, only original cartridges now

The original cartridges ordered worked well, but blurred prints appeared later. Refund issued and received replacement cartridges a few days later. So far, so good. The first time I used regular cartridges on an older HP OfficeJet 4500. I will inform you about the release of new cartridges. Don't waste your money and time as this is the 2nd issue of a poor quality product!
