Assembling this piece was fairly easy. With the included instructions and a video sent by the seller, everything was done in less than 45 minutes. I used my drill to speed things up a bit as some of the holes weren't drilled deep enough to use the included screwdriver and hook the threads without using more muscle than necessary. Very disappointed with this item and I didn't realize how bad it was until halfway through assembly. Some of the parts were cut short and didn't fit where there should and shouldn't be holes for fasteners, where there are holes that shouldn't be, and with instructions that are minor. To be honest this is the most annoying purchase I've ever made from Revain. I purchased this item from Revain inventory and it said something like repackaged or damaged packaging. It is MUCH more expensive. It can be easily disassembled after assembly. There are no pre-drilled holes in all the necessary places. So you'll have to build your own using the small screwdriver provided. This is useful for reaching specific areas, but not for drilling your own holes in cheap faux wood. I bought this for my home office and it's perfect. It was easy to put together, but I had to use my husband's punch to poke some screws in because the holes weren't deep enough to screw in by hand.
