Excellent quality ink. Works perfectly. I installed them for several weeks and had no problems. They don't flow at all and the colors are bright and clear! My printer had no performance issues and recognized cartridges with no problems. Works well, prints accurately, ink does not flow, lasts a long time. In addition, the seller goes out of their way to provide customer service and they are really responsive! Thank you for making a quality product! I will buy again soon.

I liked how quickly the item was delivered but don't like how it bleeds a bit down the pages. I've cleaned the printer screen over and over again and it still gets a little dirty. But only black ink; We have no problem with color. Update 4/16/2020 - I had to go back and give an update. The seller was kind enough to send me another cartridge to make up for the smeared cartridge. I just ran it through the printer and it worked with no errors. So far this product has performed very well. All my printers are HP and this is the first time I've used someone else's brand. Finally an affordable aftermarket toner that works well on HP laser printers! If you want to just pop these cartridges in and have nice prints, you will be disappointed. Printouts are blurry and colorless. However, if you take the time to use the HP Toolbox, go into the printer settings, and play around with the color balance and density settings, you can end up with prints that are difficult to distinguish from prints made with genuine HP toner .
