Complete scrap. The pointed tip broke within 5 seconds after hitting the stuck axle from the hub. The chisel then broke, removing the race. Managed to break 2 bits in the time it took for a wheel bearing job. Save money and buy some AJAX bits that will last.
I've had no problems with it. I bought an AP 4980 air hammer (known as "big bad" to those who watch South Main Auto on YouTube) and I bought these parts to work with. I know other customers have had bad experiences, but my experience was the opposite. Maybe others had a bad batch? This kit was purchased with the Aircat 5300A-T. The flat head nozzle did its job very well. The rest of the bits are garbage. The very first use of a chisel was to remove a bearing race from a Honda Civic wheel hub. Each blow of the hammer threw away BB-sized bits of the chisel. This made the chisel point unusable. Regrinding in chisel form essentially resets the disaster. Other pointed/shaped bits will give the same results. Ultimately, the price of this set covers a flat hammer head. The rest
