The package was not empty. There was absolutely nothing in it. I submitted it for a refund. I will reorder and update my review.

firstly, the thread is too thick for thin hair and doesn't do well with thick hair. because the thread is so thick that you have to press down hard on the skin to even grab your hair. Second, it took forever to get here and this was the second time I've ordered it. When I first ordered it, it didn't even get the right address! I have to say it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

As expected. Strong cotton thread imported from India. I received it well within the estimated time and arrived in perfect condition. Also works fine

I did my brows with regular thread and I can tell this thread apart from the Griffin Threading Thread for brows! This one is smoother, doesn't break and doesn't hurt at all. I recommend it!
