It's decent for MP3 and MP4 player accessories

It was very clear for the first few days, then the sound quality started to degrade a bit. The wires also started to see, which I didn't understand because I never move it - it stays on the radio all the time. But hey, it was cheap - and you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Something different

Better than average and not as crappy as many

This cassette adapter worked so well someone stole it. It's hard to believe that anyone else owns a cassette deck besides me. I tried another "brand" for the radio store and it didn't work at all. silent. So I ordered 2 of these since parasites need to get into cars to get other people's fancy amenities.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Exactly what I expected

I had no problems with this cassette adapter. It was cheap, works as advertised etc. Having been through at least 10 dec and FM stations that broke and weren't loud enough, I'm happy with this purchase because the volume control is great, it works as good as any FM station. Transmitter (if not better) and I don't have to take my iPod out of the case to play. The music can be a bit fuzzy at times, but after a few minutes of fiddling with the volume controls, this is an easy fix. Just what you…

Watch out for broken cable

I love playing music from my iPod through my car speakers (no Bluetooth). Cassette deck adapter options are few, so it has found wide application. Unfortunately, the cable from the adapter is so thin that it starts to break after six months, which makes playback blurry. I went through three of them and encountered the same problem each time. As a result, I had to forgo playing music through the speakers and plug them into the headphones. :(

  • Wow

  • boring packaging

Doesn't work well and broke in less than a month

I had an earlier version of this for a few years and it worked very well but I was worn out. This new version of the straight deck is terrible. The sound quality is poor at best and it's difficult to control the volume, in fact it's difficult to get any volume at all. I bought two of these thinking I had a spare. There was an error. The first stopped working after about a month. Basically just stopped. Unfortunately I waited too long to return the unopened one. I will not buy it again nor will…

Music is in your ears.

I had a 2007 Griffin Cassette Adapter that needed replacing. The cable and socket broke too many times in my car's ashtray. I went to Target and they were about $20. I only paid about $5 for it that day. I came to Revain and found this product for $0.01, it's much more attractive. The old adage "you get what you pay for” applies in this situation. While it still allows me to listen to my iPod in the car, the sound quality is no longer the same. On my previous Griffin adapter, you could hear all

Pros
  • Great for me
