These pads are amazing my hands are so comfortable on my macbook and the screen closes but not quite but it works for me as my mac barely moves. The sticky side of these is not so tacky that it's difficult to remove or leave an adhesive residue, it's more of a sticky texture that sticks well to mac aluminum, they're easy to put on and take off, just stick side to side and lay in your pocket when you're on the go.

I got this for my Surface Pro. Another user on the Microsoft Surface forum recommended it in a discussion about a lap keyboard. I was trying to decide whether to buy the new Microsoft Surface Pro 3 or a traditional clamshell, and the decision came down to the "instability" of the Type Keyboard. This other user recommended a Grifiti with an MS or Bluetooth keyboard, so I ordered it. Works great and solves the problem. The only problem is that my wife saw me doing it the other day and stole it.

I bought this because my HP Specter x360 i7 13" laptop is on my lap gets very hot. It will literally burn me if it hits my skin directly, so I wanted something like this to block the heat. This item is perfect in every other way, size, weight, form factor, etc., but unfortunately it doesn't block enough heat, at least for me. It blocks heat well, but it still gets very uncomfortable when the heat starts radiating and happens fairly quickly. I'll have to get something else.

I have had this product for over a year now. It is fairly worn with signs of wear throughout the top and bottom. It is worn on the edges near the seams and on the edge where the inner hard material is. It keeps the heat in for a short time, but not when using the laptop for a long time. I bought this deck to replace the larger 15" deck I bought in 2015. This item is perfect for travel. It's lightweight and super thin. It fits perfectly in large bags and medium-sized backpacks. With an online purchase I would no longer be surprised if the unicorn popped out of the box I received yesterday. My first impression: the cardboard packaging of this thing was dirty. When I took the last one out of the package I was disgusted to realize that it looked like it would just sit around and rot in someone's garage.
