I get so many compliments on these mugs. I put them on the top shelf of the dishwasher. You have to be careful with them. They are thinner than ceramic mugs. They fit perfectly under my espresso machine. They keep hot drinks hot twice as long as conventional ceramic mugs. I have four dimes and four other brands that were cheaper and perfectly shaped dimes while the cheaper brand has serrated double walls and serrated stains on the cup rim resulting in a cheap look and not all cheaper brands…

This is the best double wall borosilicate mug we've found (we've tried 6 brands). The 16 ounce size is large (bigger than similar brands), the handle has a hole big enough for big hands, but the handle itself is narrow, which is comfortable for small hands. They don't tip over easily. The style is elegant. Unlike others, we didn't find them fragile. Will not crack or chip with normal use in boiling water and microwave for up to 3 minutes.
