I love my Grumbacher drawing pad. texture just right. And big enough to hold a variety of sketches and finished ideas. My Grumbacher is perfect.

I'm sure I'll love this concept but unfortunately mine arrived with what looks like smeared tan paint on the lid and last three metal rings looks like. I really don't like paying for something with a random stain on it. I tried to take it off, but it wouldn't budge. It's also on the front bottom and side. I've attached a picture of the largest stain, but there are smaller ones as well.

Media could not be loaded. I've been looking for a new reliable brand of mixed media drawing books for a long time and a friend recommended this brand to me and this book takes others I've tried to complete and SHAME! Not only is the quality of the paper absolutely amazing (it just feels fantastic), it's also thick enough to carry most multimedia items. A lot of mixed paper warps BADLY when you use wetter media like watercolor and this stuff isn't as harsh as some of the other brands I've used.
