I have a herniated disc in my back. I have intermittent sciatica, moderate to severe pain. So after doing a lot of research I decided that this is probably the best choice for relieving pain and the pressure that causes pain. Yes, it's a little more expensive than others, but the best never comes cheap. It completely relieves the perineum and other sensitive areas. I have several at home and in the car. I also have small travel cameras but I don't use them much because the Ultra works better. I take Ultra on flights and in restaurants.
