Easy and quick implementation for remote procedure calling

I like that it's easy to use, but still powerful enough if you need more control over your code or want something other than what they offer out of box (XML-RPC). It can be hard sometimes managing memory in large programs since there are many ways how things get cleaned up by GC at some point during execution time; also their documentation could have been improved as well - not all tutorials seem complete when looking into details about specific features which would help new users understand…

Pros
  • Easy
  • Powerful
  • Lots options for developers/programmers
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Good Alternative For Programmatic Web Services

I like how it makes things easy to use and has an excellent interface. It's easy enough that anyone can learn how to work with SOAP in about 30 minutes. You don't have to be familiar with programming or networking to get started using this library, but you will need some experience working directly within your favorite text editor. The documentation could also improve. There are many tutorials online to help guide users through learning more about gSoap, but they're not always clear as to what…

Pros
  • Easy integration
  • Great support community when needed.
  • Very good API (not too complicated)
  • Good tutorial availability via multiple websites
  • Helpful forum posts/support groups available throughout Google search results page(s)
Cons
  • Documentation needs improvement
  • Somewhat difficult installation process
  • Not much variety among client implementations

Not bad tool for generating boilerplate class/java and web services

I like that it has two modes, one to generate code from an XSD file which generates your classes in memory (which you can then use) or another where its creates Java source files with stubs of methods etc., this way we are able at least have some sortof functionality before spending time writing actual implementation logic! It would be great if they could support more languages than just c# but so far only java seems supported? Maybe there's documentation somewhere around out about how do get…

Pros
  • NET platform interoperability is pretty amazing here compared eith say J2EE stack!!! :)
