Since boot failure is the main cause of CV axle failure, our axles use only premium grade neoprene boots that ensure robust abrasion and extreme temperature resistance, preserving boot integrity. Weak circlips

3 as the new circlips are too small and too weak. The constant velocity joint didn't let the kingpins get into the gearbox. After the second try I removed the rings from the old ones and used them and they stay on with no problems, nothing. I didn't tell the seller. This is a simple solution. So don't throw away your old ones, rings may be needed

Get what you pay for.

Don't skimp on these important details. Bought a pair, and not 1 mile from the store the driver's side popped out due to the poorly formed end point connecting to the hub. After about 5 months, the passenger side is completely covered with rust. How come with parts like this? Big security concerns.

Top Replacement Parts

The product was fantastic and the reason I chose this brand is because they have a reputation as a parts supplier and they test parts before dispatch. This part was also installed on a 2004 Honda Civic coupe and had vibration and noise issues and after installing the part they went away due to wear on the joint boot.

Compare the new part to the old. Make sure they are the same or similar

This drive axle is perfect, you will save time and money by replacing it instead of restoring the old one. By the time you disassemble and reassemble the old axle, the day is almost over, but when you've got a new one ready, just plug it in and you're ready to put it all back together. listed.

OEM axle has 26 splines, this axle has 25 splines which sucks but still

When this axle arrived it didn't fit the car it said it had (wrong correct body part?). The splines at the end of the axle are much larger than the OEM ones. The OEM axle has 26 splines, this axle has 25 which sucks but whatever. I was able to buy one from the local NAPA. While it wasn't even remotely my fault, I was still charged $10.71 for return shipping! NOT COOL!

You can do that! good for transmission and transmission

1998 Civic EX. Axis passenger side. changed every 40 minutes. Supplied with C-clamp and new axle nut. I was very happy with the product. (Make sure you have the manual so you can tighten the correct settings) Steps: 1) Remove the tire (leave the tire on the driver's side in contact with the ground if you don't have a heavy-duty impact wrench). 2) Loosen the axle nut (had to use a gas card to loosen it, 32mm) 3) Remove the cross arm yoke bolts from the strut. (2 bolts, one for 17mm, I can'tโ€ฆ
