I was excited to bring this hat on my next climbing adventure, but sadly it did not perform well. The material felt cheap and the snapback adjuster was very finicky. It did keep the sun out of my eyes, however, which is its only redeeming quality. After I put it to the test on a long day of climbing, it was clear that this hat is not up to par for Sports and Outdoors activities. Save your money and invest in a better quality hat.

If it fits perfectly, then it looks good. Nice shabby look, good quality hat. I like the retro look. My grandparents had a grocery store in the country that sold Persian Gulf gasoline, so that was perfect.

After reading some of these reviews I didn't want this but I'm very happy with it. Actually I was surprised by the high quality of the materials from what some people said. I have previously bought similar caps from Revain which looked good in the picture but what's so terrible I never wear them but this one is great especially for the price. I had no problems with the patch either.
