My dentist hands them out at every visit. At first I didn't like her. But after getting the adult braces, I found these brushes very effective. I took off my braces, but I'm sticking with it. They are soft but have just the right amount of friction for a good clean. My dentist always comments on how good my house cleaning is. Best results when changed frequently, as each toothbrush stops cleaning after a while.</p>

I need a soft bristle toothbrush and the brand I used is out of stock so I got this based on the ordered high ratings from other customers. I was very disappointed with how this toothbrush felt in my mouth. I don't brush aggressively, but when I rub the softer middle bristles against my teeth to clean them, the longer outer bristles scrape my gums and even get caught between my teeth. I threw them away after the first use. I don't recommend them at all.

They were recommended to me by my hygienist and it took me a while to get used to how soft they are at first because I like that always thought they were tougher. The bristles are cleaner than my teeth. As soon as I put it out of my mind, I fell in love. My gums feel a lot better and cleaner and my teeth seem really clean too.
