I ordered 7 pieces for my son because it is his normal size. Sometimes the 7 is slightly more and the 6 is slightly less, depending on the product/brand. These shorts were a bit baggy in the waist (doesn't matter because they have drawstrings) but quite long. My son is not a little boy and doesn't usually have this problem.
