Pretty cool product. Durable, stable, easy to assemble and use. Annoyingly, the instructions were in the frame, so it wasn't clear that the frame parts opened at the front, not the rear, like a regular frame. The reason for my bad rating is that the 2 frames I received with my first order were scratched and dented. I like this sign but after assembling it and pulling out the plastic base to fill with water or sand. it was broken and beyond repair. It wouldn't have anything on it that would weigh it down, which would make it useless. I was very disappointed that it was actually delivered that way - obviously because everything else, including the box, was safe and sound.
