The seller sent me the goods very quickly. Very happy with the seller. The product was decent but be careful using it on bleached hair. I was hoping for a deeper pink/burgundy but ended up with lavender. I kind of like it so it's not scary. As long as you use a sulfate-free shampoo, it will last a long time. I've washed it about 6 times and it's holding up pretty well.

This color is from Berry/Mahogany. ZERO rose gold. I made a 1:1 ratio and applied it to a level 9 blonde. Thank God it's November and not midsummer. Def will try 9RG if I decide to try this brand again.

Didn't even dye my hair a bit. Followed all directions, left for 30 minutes and was disappointed with the total lack of colour. Not even the tiniest bit of rose gold.

I love this color and would love to buy it from Sally! I also love the 9rg which has a colder tone. I'm sure it will be well gone by summer. I'll stick with 9r.
