Just received. Nice looking case but very difficult to remove the bottom with the tool provided. I should have listened to the reviews mentioning this deficiency. I was afraid I would ruin my charging case by trying to remove it, I even scratched it a bit. The other issue is that the AirPods would fly out of the case almost every time I wore this case and did a carpet drop test, the charging case worked better without the case. Also the keychain holder doesn't fit the side hole, it's too thick,

I was wondering whether to choose a cute or a beautiful case for AirPods Pro. So happy I went with beautiful because this case really! I was worried it might look cheap but after reading all the great reviews I went for it. It was very easy to put on. There were instructions and even stickers on the case itself to ensure which side was the front. I haven't tried taking it off so I can't attest to how easy it is to take off, but I don't think I'll ever take it off because it's so pretty! Also…

So when I first opened the box I was very impressed with how great this case is. Really, that's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. However, as soon as I put the case on, strange messages appeared on my phone as if the AirPods were disabled. Eventually I realized that the case hit the reset button and caused all sorts of problems. But when I tried to remove the cover, it was almost impossible.
