My dog keeps eating the damn remote control so this is literally the 5th order. The price changes every time lol but it works and I've never had a problem with any of the orders. Alexa now even reminds me when it's time to buy a new remote! We look forward to further business development in the future! hahaha

Good product, works great on my new 4k Samsung TV, the only thing that bothered me was the Volume control you have instead of my original remote repeatedly pressing to increase or decrease the volume when I hold the volume button up or down without pressing it again.

(I reported that something else in the order was damaged). They were very concerned that I had received a good product and emailed me directly to make sure I was satisfied. Seems to be a good seller.

They were very cheap. I thought these were OEM. You are not. Some keys are different. They are not as easy to read on the TV as the signal strength is much weaker. All in all you get what you pay for. They're pretty good, if you're in a bind go get them. If you don't have much money, take it. If you have enough money and time to get the original, don't take it.

I've read reviews that this doesn't work with some Samsung TVs. Well it works with all three of mine. A Series 7 TV 1 month, 5 years and 7 years. Of course, the Netflix button doesn't work on older ones, but basic functions like menus and up and down work just fine. The remote is lighter than the original, but at $9 I don't expect it to last forever. I was very happy with the price and can't complain. I got this because my kids love to hide remotes.
