Great tool that makes capturing and distributing quick & simple

Easy to use, easy sharing of screenshots with friends or colleagues via email/social media, ability to add text over images for more detailed information about what you are viewing while in your screen shot (for example - "I am seeing this because I pressed X"). You can also share multiple screens at once which allows others who may not have access to see all aspects being viewed by one person's computer. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to load when taking screenshots due to high volume

Pros
  • Ease of use, ability to send multiple screenshots at once so others in the team can see what we are viewing, ability to add text notes, ability to add text over images to elaborate on details
Cons
  • Sometimes it is difficult to troubleshoot issues due to lack of support service hours for the business hours when one's computer is down
