I'm a tall woman of average build (5'11") and ordered this vest one size smaller than the item description. It's a bit roomy so I'm only giving it 4 stars but the color is good and it's fine knit so it drapes well over blouses. Probably not thick enough to be considered a warm layer.

Totally Disappointed. I'm 6'1", 190 lbs, 41" bust, 37" waist. According to the size chart, L should be my size but it's definitely not. really skinny. I don't use it and since I live in Uruguay, worth it really don't want to return it.

I'm a pretty average guy at 5'11, 185 and usually wear a regular 40 suit for comparison. I ordered a large for this product because I usually wear that in sweaters but should have ordered a medium. The large one was too long and loose for the vest I was planning to wear under my blazer. The seller is not to blame. But I was disappointed with the thinness of the fabric. The buttons are nice - big and with nice faux wood - but the fabric feels cheap to me. I will likely return this item.

I like the vest and it fits well (I have a medium sized t-shirt and ordered a medium sized vest) however to keep the collar flat and constant in the same place you need a stitch or two add to keep them in place. Otherwise I like it very much.
