Does not work in Cricut Maker

Does not work in Cricut Maker. Compared to the Cricut blade, they are longer. Even the slightest pressure cut the track.

Pros
  • Beautiful packaging
Cons
  • Thin

Cuts through vinyl and substrate

When I use them on my Explore Air 2, they cut through my vinyl and substrate even at the lowest pressure settings. When I compare them to my Cricut blade they are longer which explains the problem.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Better than branded

Love it! They work better than my original Cricut blades. Thank you for this quality product! I love that you get 3 different types of blades. They are very sharp and I had no trouble destroying any of my projects.

But great blades.

Blades arrived quickly. The blades are very sharp, which is a good thing. The problem is that they seem too long. No matter how much pressure and blade angle I used, it cut through the base. I did some tests and unfortunately all cut out the back. I recommend these blades if you want a full cut rather than a kiss. Will return.

  • Compatibility
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Don't waste your money

This is garbage. I bought Red Blades specifically for vinyl. They cut through the Oracle 651 backing making it impossible for the backing to separate from the Cricut mat. I had to peel off a little, rip off the completely cut pieces with pliers and peel off some more. Because the blade cut through the backing, not only could the carbon paper effectively grab the vinyl: it also wanted to pull up the backing because it offered the least amount of resistance. Don't waste money. Buy a Cricut Blade…
