This product helps clean sterling silver cutlery and small items by quickly dipping in water and then placing in hot soapy water to achieve a polished shine that would take five minutes by hand. Highly recommended.

I regularly use a small jar of this product for my silver jewelry but I had to clean a lot of brass candle holders for my wedding. It worked really great! These old candle holders come back to life! A little smelly and use gloves...but a fantastic product.

Stuff works great! SMILE VERY, so stay in a well-ventilated area or wear a strong respirator. After silver has been immersed, it is necessary to polish it with a mild polishing compound to remove the "haze" left by this immersion. Don't leave the silver for too long this fall. This will remove the silver plating when you do this! I love the gallon size.

I was not impressed with this product. When I've used it, it seems very accurate in terms of timing. Even if a small amount is exposed to a base metal below silver, it will darken and cause more differences in the chemical reaction. I also strongly recommend using it outdoors as the smell is awful and spreads very quickly through the ventilation systems in homes.

If you have Shabbat candles every week and hate polishing by hand. This product is for you. Just pour the entire bottle into the bin and dip each piece of silver in it. Polish everything immediately. When you're done, simply pour the liquid back into the bottle in the funnel for reuse. This is a complete game changer as polishing each item individually has always been too difficult.

That must be a quick silver drop. I bought this because I've had good luck with silver dips in the past. But this one is really weird. It works very well on some things, cleans quickly and gives the silver a new look. On other pieces it actually darkened the silver and added to the tarnished look. I couldn't find a way to tell what result I would get. Luckily I still had some of my old polish and was able to use it to fix the situation. I would recommend using the baking soda/salt aluminum foil
