I love these lights. Very bright, easy to lift and break. In the picture you can see the wire with these bulbs, the rest of the bulbs are regular LED bulbs. There are many different modes, always straight to the same color (you choose, I have it to multicolor random flicker. They work on a timer so you don't have to reset the CV all the time

Good lighting but the photo is a bit misleading as it looks like the string of lights is just a rope but it is actually a small string of lights. Other than that the light works very well, the remote works well (no dimming function) but the value is questionable. Upgraded to 4 stars on 11/25/19: Excellent light quality. Bright and easy to use. So far it's doing its job well. I will update with a final opinion after this season.

These little lights are freaking bright and still great value for money. Some reviews don't like that they're flimsy and "feel" cheap. NO WAY. It's nice that they are thin, you can use smaller (clear) clips to hang them (I used 3M Command clips), the clips seem to disappear because the light is nice and bright. It's nice that the wire from the plug to the headlight switch is long so you can hide the plug. I am very happy with the light bulbs.

Strand is much thinner than expected. This is much smaller than regular rope lanterns. About 1/10th the diameter. That's good in a way and bad in a way. The colors are vibrant and all colors are the colors they are meant to be. Even purple looks right (and it's apparently hard to do). They look a bit cheap. Instead of one piece, it looks like mass-producing a series of sections and then heat-shrinking one section at a time. I'm worried about how long they will last. In general I like them…

These lights are amazing! Many colors and functions. The only issue I have is that this 66ft string doesn't play well with smaller strings. The smaller one, 33 feet, was much darker. And not quite the same features. However, I like this 66ft string so much that I bought a few more. If you want really great Christmas lights. Or even if you want to leave them for some amazing outdoor lighting. Or color in your favorite sports team! It is necessary! You won't find a better LED strip at this price.

This light band is perfect for our renovated patio! I drilled a 1/4" hole in the top of the 4x4 perimeter posts and passed a light thread through. Landed on the steps and was able to run garlands under the steps to light up at night. under the top railing (2x6) with phone cord holders ( the kind you nail) and it looks great. I threaded it through the 4x4 carefully as I didn't want to twist or otherwise damage the string, but it went pretty well. Really added what we were looking for…

I chose this set of lights as they were much larger and brighter than others I looked at. The reviews were better too. Looking at the main image, the coil appears much larger as the remote appears tiny next to it. It's not like this. The remote is actually larger than the coil, the light isn't as bright as intended, and the "cord" is encased in thin, clear plastic. Regular cheap $3 Christmas lights are 10 times brighter than these. I don't think they are worth the money but will keep them…
