Description of Halder 3008 040 Simplex Soft Face Hammer

SIMPLEX soft-face mallet with nylon inserts (white, hard, very wear-resistant, no chipping even in sub-zero temperatures, oil and grease resistant) on both sides. Cast iron housing with integrated handle protection sleeve and excellent break resistance. High-quality, vibration-damping, and ergonomically shaped wooden handle; grip area with double coat of varnish (resistant to dirt). All parts can be replaced / retrofitted, resulting in great savings in cost and resources. Available in sizes ranging from D30mm to D80mm and as a sledge hammer.

Not worth the investment in Industrial and Scientific category

After I PUT it to the test, I was very disappointed with the performance of this hammer. Despite the soft face, it left dents and scratches on my workpiece. The handle also felt poorly made and lacked grip, causing discomfort during prolonged use .Although it is slightly cheaper than other options in the market I would not recommend this product as it is not worth the investment..

"Efficient Hammer for Industrial Use

This hammer is a great tool for workers in the industrial and scientific fields. It has a soft face that does not damage the surfaces it's BEING used on .The grip is comfortable and the weight is perfect for precise and accurate swings. However the price is a bit on the higher side compared to other similar products. Overall, the Halder hammer is a great investment for those looking for a reliable tool for daily industrial use..
