I use it to pump pools every year but it's so heavy I put it in a bucket in the pool unless it has fiberglass steps when You sit on it on the liner, I would be afraid it would tear the liner for sure.

I used this in May (2018) to replace an old Zoeller pump that had failed. I like it so far, it's quieter than the Zoeller and much cheaper. We're pumping about 15-20 feet vertically and no problem so far.
