Won't buy again

Quality is definitely good but what I didn't like was that the bottom sleeve is Velcro. It worked when my kid was very young, but pretty quickly learned to kick and was able to undo the velcro. Then the whole diaper was hanging over his face and everything seemed uncertain. We've switched to diapers with zippers (and Velcro for the hands only).

Pros
  • Fits great for me
Cons
  • Was damaged

Not as good as I had hoped

My son seems to avoid all diapers and this one is no exception. I bought him for convenience, to make changing his diapers easier, and I thought changing diapers would be safer. The wrapping part of his arm isn't wrapped tight enough so he twists everything when he moves in his sleep and one night he gets so twisted and untied that the velcro scratches his chin and makes him bleed. The last time I tried it it came off the bottom very easily. Unfortunately, these diapers do not fit us.

Pros
  • Many will
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Wrong product, wrong offer. Beware!

This is not the product advertised/listed. I have the color/print Melon and this is a regular diaper, NOT an adjustable zip model that allows you to use it as a diaper and then transfer it to your arms. Incredibly annoyed because I washed it as soon as it arrived and now I can't return it. The size also seems very wrong. My almost 4 month old baby is only 13-16lbs and it should be true to size and it's huge. Very disappointed with Halo and Revain for incorrectly promoting this on the wrong…

Security questions. - Swaddle Blankets

I used this for my first son and it worked great. I'm having trouble with it now that I'm using it for my second son. My second son moves a lot at night. He actually pulled the veil up to his eyes and his face was completely covered by the veil. The straps are also unsafe in the sense that the sides are a bit sharp due to the Velcro. To my surprise, I woke up this morning to find my son's face covered in scratches. He managed to pull the diapers and straps up to his face. He moves his head back

Baby liked it in the nursery

Baby liked it. We used it until it started rolling and we switched to Zipadee. I wrapped him in a blanket to keep him warm. Velcro fasteners have never bothered him. We built it ready to use so the straps don't get stuck anywhere. But sometimes we made mistakes and I had to undo the velcro. He always slept in it (I put him there when he slept). If he moved while I was wrapping him, I was often able to quickly walk away and rock him back to sleep. Or he would fall asleep immediately as soon as…

Leaves TERRIBLE scratches on your child's face!

This design is awful when your LO squirms (which basically ALL babies are). The velcro will leave TERRIBLE scratches on your baby's face (see photo - this was after I slept in it for a few hours because I saw what happened and pulled it out immediately). I notified the company of this issue and they communicated it to me. watch out for velcro and that the bag is probably too big for him. Neither of these are acceptable answers/explanations because 1) it fits completely (we followed the…

The little one was too big for my skinny 4 month old.

My baby is long and thin - at 4 months she weighed 12 pounds 10 ounces and was 26 inches long. I bought a small but it was too big for my child and I should have gotten xsmall instead. I had to overlap the diaper enough to leave part of the Velcro open at the top. In the morning when my baby woke up, she kicked with her legs and could even stretch her arms out from under the fold. One morning she was moving so much and her arms stretched out and it pushed the Velcro up, touching her face and…

More annoying than regular diapers Halo

We have a baby with Houdini's arms (and legs) and we were hoping it would help us sleep a little better by reducing nighttime awakenings , as she was working out of her diaper in her own way. I love the Halo zippered sleeping bag diapers, but she is a fast grower and has outgrown them quickly (16 pounds and 27 inches long at 3 months). She's about the size of a 6 month old baby about to turn over, but she's not yet, so changing it is difficult.) Rather than being more secure, the extra straps…

I love the ease with which I can change my baby's diaper.

I love the ease with which I can swaddle my little one with these and the fact that they don't come loose when she squirms at night, but there are some downsides. They have a lot of Velcro which makes changing diapers very noisy in the middle of the night and the top of the saddle is too long so I can't just unzip the bottom to change her diaper, I have to unfold the whole thing. I also bought them because the microfiber ones we got from the hospital shrunk and were too short for our baby and…
