💡 Light Bulb Base for Halogen-Type Bulbs Review

It was cheap but for a reason. All three of mine burned out in seven months. The third actually only lasted three weeks! I have also followed all instructions for proper handling. I will spend a little more and try another brand hoping they will last longer.

Bought these and replaced two of them in two months. I thought the first one had popped off my hands because of the oil, so I carefully installed the second one. It's still less than 4 weeks. The bulb that came with the lamp I used it in has lasted many years so I don't know why they burn out so easily. look elsewhere

Bought these bulbs to replace a pair of table lamps. We only burn them a few hours a day. These bulbs burned out very quickly. All 3 bulbs blew out in 7 months. The stated lifespan of each lamp in the package is 2500 hours. I will not buy these replacement bulbs again.

Each bulb in this pack only lasted a few weeks before needing to be replaced. They were carefully installed without touching the lamp with your hands and it didn't matter. Now I have to buy them again but get a different brand. The original bulb in the bedside lamp that I have used for many years.

As these were purchased to replace GE Profile hood/fan lamps we are not too happy with the lifespan of these lamps. We have not had to replace the original bulbs that came with the fan/shroud in over 9 years. So far we have used 6 bulbs in 4 months of use so I would not recommend these bulbs as replacements.

My wife threw away her desk lamp because "it didn't work". So now I have a new table lamp that shines like new, win for me! For those unfamiliar with halogen bulbs; Make sure not to touch the lamp with bare fingers, use a clean unused cloth with clean hands when handling and installing. As a result, the lamps last for the stated 2500 hours.

Bought 3 packs in December 2017 and since August 2018 I've been using the 3rd bulb in the same bulb. The original lightbulb in the lantern used to work for years. When he finally breathed his last, I tried these. I put the first bulb in with my bare hands and it didn't last long. Then I thought about wearing gloves when installing the second bulb, which took several months. I don't have high hopes for the final bulb. I would try a different brand. I hope there are LED bulbs of this size.
