When I bought the juicer I didn't use it straight away. A few months later I decided to start juicing, but the machine didn't work. Very disappointed.

When I received my juicer it had dirty food and not the color I ordered, it came in the right box and that's the only thing you don't order from them and then they take their time there and give me my money back.

I've only used it once and wasn't impressed. A lot of what I "squeeze" left a lot of pulp on the tool rather than in the pulp container. If you are serious about juicing, you should invest in a better end product.

To be honest the product is ok but the problem is that it stains from the juice you make. like when you taste carrot juice. With this issue, the seller was rude to me when I tried to return the item and it costs almost half the price of the shipping label and the seller refused to cooperate. Makes juice. The price was good. This is a mess that needs cleaning, and this is where I, as a juicing beginner, may not realize that all juicers are a mess that needs cleaning. As you look at the photo, remember that you're going to have pulp in every nook and corner of the detachable parts, and there are a lot of nooks and crannies. Make sure you have some kind of brush to clean the grater as it is not dishwasher safe.

OF all the fruits I put in (kiwi, grapefruit, strawberry, apple) I get very little juice from each, one? There seems to be more juice/pulp in the pulp container and separator than in the container (not included). In addition, the cutter/filter is very difficult to clean. During normal washing, large pieces are removed and very small ones remain on the sieve? Every time I used this extractor (3 times) I had to use a very bristly brush to clean/remove the filter bits.
