Description of Hammer drill Makita HR2475, 780 W

The MAKITA HR2475 rotary hammer is a reliable and comfortable tool, it has three modes of operation: drilling, hammer drilling or chiselling. Using the latter mode, you can make strobes and openings. Control over the condition of the carbon brushes and the number of revolutions can be done thanks to the built-in electronics. The low level of vibration and noise makes the tool more comfortable to work with. The dust-proof SDS-Plus chuck ensures quick and easy tool change and a secure hold even when working under heavy load.

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

Not a bad option for use at home, the main thing is not to forget to maintain and clean, I think that in this situation it will last a long time, I recommend it, I did not regret it.

I used the "big brother" 2455. 4 years, except for the brushes, nothing has changed. I work as an electrician and do not worry about the load on perf. Bought this thing. The result hasn't changed. Everything is fire. Almost a year and dozens of flats made and thousands of holes. Live perf. For those whining about weak drilling with a crown. Have you heard of diamonds? 3min 42sec. This is the time of 68 socket boxes in reinforced concrete. Don't skimp on the tooling. The perf itself is gorgeous

Pros
  • Makita is Makita
Cons
  • Where?

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I decided to buy myself a tool for completing repairs in the apartment (hang chandeliers, mirrors, lamps, TV brackets) + help my father in the country (construction is in full swing). I immediately took a set of Makita drills (China) and a German drill for 10, they all fit into concrete equally well. In half a day I hung 2 lamps (drill for 6), 1 chandelier (drill for 6), 2 mirrors (drill for 8), moved the switch (crown for 68), cornice (drill for 6) and TV bracket (drill for 10), more time was…

Pros
  • The normal weight of the device, enough power for domestic purposes, almost no vibration, lies in the hand.
Cons
  • For a crown at 68 is rather weak, but you can work.

I bought it knowing about the loss of power during reverse, but I didn’t attach any importance, during work, the drill got stuck between the fittings many times and the protective clutch (ratchet) worked, with such a reverse it’s impossible to turn the drill back, so it’s better to buy 2470 with reverse brushes, power is not lost there . With its pros: thick long cord, rubberized body and D-shaped handle make it a very convenient tool. Drilled a lot of floors and walls with large drills in…

I bought it when I realized that I would have to finish the repair myself. After the impact drill, this hammer drill is just a song. Drilling any hole takes a few seconds (drills are also makita). The power is quite enough to make holes in the bearing walls with a diameter of 10 mm and a depth of about 7-8 cm in 10-15 seconds. It is likely that the professionals have their own preferences, but so far I am very satisfied.

Pros
  • Thanks to the shape of the handle, it is comfortable to hold and apply force at the drilling point
Cons
  • Until I discovered

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

I advise everyone. Very comfortable handle. There is a blockage. There is additional handle included. There is a depth gauge that I have not used. Convenient case for transportation and storage. And by the way, do not forget to use lubricant for drills, otherwise I don’t even know about it. 2022. This hammer has gone through a 2-room renovation since a draft in 2022-2022. And this year I changed my apartment to a three-ruble note without repair, and everything is new for me. Complete…

Pros
  • Gorgeous device. There is a blockage, more than once my drill fell into a wedge between reinforcement and concrete, the punch never turned. He worked with drills from 6 mm to 30 mm. Enough power. He worked as a crown for the socket, it seems to be 62 mm. The brick freely takes, but the concrete did not take. The reverse was practically not used. In the drilling mode, the brick drills, concrete, of course, only in the combined mode with a bang. I used the impact mode when chiseling for wiring. Brick strikes with a bang
Cons
  • The price matches the quality. Of course, you can also have more impact force, but if for domestic needs, and not like mine for black repairs. All in all there are no cons

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

For chiselling and drilling concrete with a crown, it’s still rather weak, but nevertheless it copes well with “breathing and a smoke break”! To work with a 60-70 mm cutter in concrete, I recommend making a central hole, mark a circle with a cutter and already make a number of 6mm holes around the circumference. I think that for frequent drilling with a crown - there are more serious models. Removing old tiles in the chipper mode is easy and convenient! If you follow the operating conditions…

Pros
  • Excellent combination of price / quality! The instrument has a sufficiently strong and long power cord, a case is included in the package (it will not roll around). The “recoil” and vibrations of the tool are minimal, it leaves a very pleasant impression in work, you don’t need to press in with effort when working - it creeps confidently by itself (you will feel it when working after 5-10 holes). I especially want to note the “doubtful for many” - an ergonomic, very comfortable handle!
Cons
  • Not detected.

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

I used to use other people's shoes, I bought a Makita for my horizons. Works also). The gearbox is also heated in the chiselling mode. Different pros: I chose it among other similar ones because of the shape of the handle, and I also really liked the handle in work. I don't understand why everyone doesn't make them like this. Very comfortable grip! The rest is a regular drill. The power cord is quite long. Has cons: The auxiliary handle is inconveniently rearranged, for some reason they made…
